More specialized experience was developed in mandatory administrative closure of cooperatives and insurance companies, as well as the management of relations with IVASS. 

Within this field, the Legal Team also perform legal actions, assisting companies, administrators and auditors in all of the litigations that are expected to come up during the bankruptcy procedures, namely acts of responsibility, revocation actions and workers’ compensation procedures.
